New Link for Ordinances

There is a new link on the Owner’s page by the Easements section. The link takes you to the Brevard County Ordinances for Island Development. In other words, the ordinances for VIP Island. There is some very good information on this site that can help if you are considering building any sort of structure on your property. Also, the notes on the bottom of the official Grant Farm Island Plot (link near top of Owner’s page) has a lot of useful information about easements.
